I think I killed my knee today.

Training was rather intensive today. For me anyway. Amanda made me do qiankong, but I just couldn't wang shang and kept diving down & moving forward. And I got 75 rounds of frog(gy) jumps, did 20 today. But well, it IS good for me, really. Just that I have no idea how I'm going to complete the other 55 rounds tomorrow. Sorry Amanda for disappointing you. I WILL work hard to jie my tang and qiankong.

WLS made me feel kind of... left out initially and at the end. And when training was going to end, she made me do my tao 3 times. Sigh. I was shaking on my third.

But then, thank you Siang Lin, thank you seniors, thank you gymmates.

I'm still confused, in a sense. But well, thank you!

I WILL work hard to do a nicenice tang.
I WILL work hard to wang shang for qiankong.
I WILL work hard to jie everything.
I WILL work hard to make my qianban nicer.

Sorry if this post is too gym-my, heh. Horrible Tessa, didn't want to take my books home for me. ):

I think my knee is going to die. Soon.
