Replaced Joanne in the heats for the 4 x 100 relay today; she had to go for a basketball match. Embarrassed myself but, who cares 8D Specs broke but don't feel bad, Zi Wei's friend!

Walked back with Tessa to NY after that. Went for training at 6. Defeats the purpose but WELL, we got to fly anyway! 4 times, at that.
